Examples of troubleshooting methods for 6kV control cabinet of large pump station

(I) circuit breaker trolley fault

fault phenomenon 1:

the trolley is stuck in and out

1. Cause

(1) guide rail displacement

(2) the ball or bearing is damaged

(3) the fixing screws of the frame are loose

(4) interlock works

2. Solution

(1) adjust the distance between the guide rail and the trolley bearing, tighten the fixing bolts, and apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil

(2) replace the ball or bearing of the same model or specification, and adjust the moving distance and contact surface with the guide rail

(3) tighten the fixing screws of the frame and find out the cause of looseness

(4) check what causes the interlock to work. If there is no other reason, it may be caused by mechanical seizure. Maintain the mechanical parts of the interlock and add lubricating oil to make it flexible

3. Precautions

(1) before maintenance, the maintenance device for the trolley should be moved out of the cabinet to check the fault point and find the cause of the fault

(2) grease or neutral Vaseline can be used for the lubrication of guide rail, and engine oil or transformer oil can be used for the lubrication of interlocking device

(3) there are many reasons for the interlocking device to work. 1. Cause

(1) the compartment isolation door is stuck

(4) the trolley can't drive the linkage rod of the bin isolation door in and out

2. Solution

(1) remove the garbage in the groove of the isolation door, adjust the moving position of the door and the groove, and add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil

(2) remove the transmission connecting rod for correction. If the deformation is serious, replace the connecting rod. After finding out and eliminating the causes of the deformation of the connecting rod, install and adjust the connecting rod

(3) reinstall the transmission shaft pin to make it firmly installed, and add lubricating oil

(4) adjust the position of the connecting rod of the bin isolation door and the trolley, so that the trolley can reliably drive the connecting rod in and out to make the isolation door act

3. Precautions

(1) to solve the fault of the bin isolation door, be sure to cut off the main power supply, take safety measures, and prohibit live work

(2) the isolation door is stamped from iron sheet. Be careful not to hurt your fingers quickly

fault symptom 3:

signal indicator does not display

1. Cause

(1) the indicator is damaged

(2) among the new materials of control line port and trolley port, special metal functional materials, high-performance structural materials, functional high molecular materials, special inorganic non-metallic materials and advanced composite materials are the development focus, and the contact is poor

(3) the control line is open or short circuited

2. Solution

(1) replace the indicators of the same specification and model

(2) remove the control line port, reconnect it with the trolley port, and fix it with a fixing bolt to make it contact reliably

(3) disconnect the small switch of the control bus in the low-voltage control room, measure the control lines one by one with a multimeter, and eliminate the line fracture and line touching fault caused by frequent movement and bending

3. Precautions

(1) when the control line port is connected with the trolley port, it cannot be hard inserted. It is necessary to see that the pin port enters slowly, and then apply a little force after it is in place

(2) it is troublesome and time-consuming to check the control circuit. The fault point is generally at the port connection or socket connection. Check the port and port connection before measurement

(II) vacuum contactor fault

fault phenomenon 1:

fuse indication shows disconnection

1. Cause

(1) load short circuit

(2) excessive vibration during trolley operation

2. Solution

(1) check and eliminate the load fault, and replace the fuse with the same model and specification

(2) open the door and turn the fuse indicator from "0" to "1"

3. Precautions

(1) there are two types of loads for vacuum contactors: one is the main motor, and the other is the phase-shifting capacitor

(2) the vacuum contactor trolley adopts the pushing and pulling operation mode, and the force should not be too strong during operation, so as to prevent the fuse from falling and indicating tripping

fault phenomenon 2:

control circuit has no power supply

1 Cause

(1) DC power failure

(2) poor port connection

2. Solution

(1) check the dc110v power control bus voltage, fuse, output control switch, insulation value of control circuit, etc. repair or replace the faulty parts

(2) unplug the port connected with the trolley, reconnect it and fix it with a fixing bolt to make it contact reliably. Quilting machine

fault phenomenon 3:

the operating mechanism does not operate

1. Reason

(1) the trolley did not fully enter the working position

(2) generally, the electric pendulum experimental machine 1 has three magnetic coil faults in the force measuring range

(3) mechanical jamming

2. Solution

(1) pull the trolley out of the bin, check the reason why it cannot fully enter the working position, adjust the trolley position or repair the fault caused by the bin isolation door

(2) check the wiring port of the solenoid coil and eliminate the fault caused by the wire end falling off

(3) adjust the spacing of mechanical connecting rods and add lubricating oil to keep the mechanical transmission flexible

3. Precautions

(1) the troubleshooting method of bin isolation door can refer to the aforementioned troubleshooting method of circuit breaker trolley

(2) when adjusting the distance between the operating mechanisms of vacuum contactors, attention must be paid to the connection with interlocking devices and fuse indicating devices to avoid giving consideration to one thing and losing the other

(III) cabinet door locking device failure

1 Fault phenomenon:

the cabinet door cannot be opened or closed

2. Cause

(1) the moving pin of the cabinet door is deformed

(2) the fixing pin of the cabinet door shifts

(3) the interlock is stuck

3. Solution

(1) open the cabinet door and sort out the movable pin slightly with pliers or spanner, so that the upper and lower positions of the movable pin can align with the upper fixed pin keyhole, so that it can move freely

(2) loosen the fastening nut in the cabinet door frame with a wrench, adjust the position so that the moving pin can be inserted within the maximum range, and tighten the fixing nut

(3) the locking of the interlocking device is generally caused by the inflexibility of the moving pin. Open the cabinet door, add lubricating oil to the transmission shaft pin of the interlocking device, and move it repeatedly for several times to eliminate the locking phenomenon

4. Precautions

(1) when arranging the moving pin, do not use too much force, otherwise it is easy to cause damage to the door pin

(2) when the cabinet door cannot be opened, pay attention to the position of the contactor trolley. The cabinet door cannot be opened when the contactor is in the closed state and the trolley is in the working position

(3) the interlocking device is stuck from time to time, and it must be maintained frequently or regularly

5. Method of opening the cabinet door in case of emergency

(1) insert a "one" screwdriver into the small hole at the upper end of the key hole of the cabinet door and rotate counterclockwise

(2) take out the screw. At this time, the movable pin and the interlock device have been disengaged

(3) insert the key into the hole and rotate it 90 ° counterclockwise

(4) lift the door handle to the highest position to open the cabinet door

(IV) interlocking fault of bus coupler cabinet

1 Fault phenomenon

bus coupler cabinet cannot operate normally

2. Cause

(1) the electrical interlock contact did not recover

(2) electromagnetic lock protection device failure

(3) the mechanical latch is stuck

3. Solution

(1) check the state of the main circuit breaker out of operation, return the trolley to the cold standby position, restore the interlocking contact of the bus coupler switch, and turn on the electromagnetic interlocking

(2) open the cabinet door and measure the resistance value of the electromagnetic lock coil with a multimeter. At the same time, the floor area of people is also shrinking, and the value is 100 ~ 120  Ω. If the resistance value is abnormal, remove the varistor connected in parallel at both ends of the electromagnetic lock coil, and then measure the coil. Generally, the varistor as a protective device is damaged

(3) the mechanical latch must be regularly maintained and lubricated to ensure its normal and flexible work

4. Precautions

6kv power supply adopts the two-way power supply single bus connection mode. Any incoming circuit breaker will have an impact on the bus tie switch interlocking, and the bus tie switch will also have an impact on other two-way incoming circuit breakers (including electrical interlocking and mechanical interlocking with three locks and two keys). It should be considered carefully during normal operation
